How these areas fit together
We usually start with an audit, which gives a clear picture of where AI is already in use (often without leadership's knowledge — so-called shadow AI), what regulatory risks that creates, and where the biggest value is waiting to be unlocked. From there we design the implementation and the training program, so the AI system doesn't disappear along with the project because nobody knows how to use it.
